Good afternoon.  We are pleased to introduce the MICA Job Matching Exchange Program for regular full and part-time staff. As we manage the challenges created by the unprecedented events generated by the COVID-19 pandemic, we want to ensure you continue to have potential opportunities that add value to the College and provide for your growth and development. Below you will find information about the purpose of this program and how Human Resources will partner with you and your manager to potentially match you with roles in the various departments across campus. The job-matching program would only be necessary for employees that cannot fulfill all or some of their job duties remotely. The program provides an opportunity to fill those gaps.

MICA Employee Job Matching Form - We want to use this opportunity to maximize the talents, skills, and knowledge of our regular full-time and part-time employees. Please partner with your manager to determine your capacity to potentially work on a specific project, a short-term assignment, or in a different role on a regular basis in other departments. We will work closely with your manager to determine your availability and identify the best matches.
