Internships

Internship Orientation

Completing the ONLINE Internship Orientation is the mandatory first step to register an internship for school credit.

The Internship Orientation is facilitated through an online Canvas course. Students must pass a series of simple quizzes in order to understand and continue in the registration process. F-1 Students should complete the F-1 Internship Orientation for specifics on interning legally in the United States.

Once the Internship Orientation is complete, students will have access to submit the Internship Learning Agreement through www.MICAnetwork.com. The Learning Agreement should be submitted and approved before students begin their internship.

Students only need to complete the Orientation once during their time at MICA, even if completing multiple internships.

Career Development recommends students complete the Internship Orientation as they begin applying to opportunities.
