Jue Hu
Statement
Jue Hu is a Chinese illustrator and photographer. She was born in Ningbo, China. She came to the United States when she was 18 for her college study. Now is the senior year for her bachelor’s degree at the Maryland Institute College of Art. Her major is illustration, and she concentrated in photography as her minor.
As an illustrator, she has plentiful styles for different kinds of creating situations. She is a good individual creator, and a friendly team worker. She is good at creating fantasy worlds and animal characters. She is also interested in creating patterns and cute icons.
As a photographer, she pays most attention in expressing emotion and culture, through both figure and landscape shooting.
