1501 W Mount Royal Avenue: Storage shed and adjacent walls were spray-painted in the Mosher Parking lot storage yard.

140 W Lafayette Avenue: Report of student who needed a welfare check. Dispatched officer reported all was well with student.

TRESPASSING : UNLAWFUL ENTRY 9/27/2021

1303 W Mount Royal Avenue: MICA faculty informed Campus Safety they escorted a non-MICA person from the third floor hallway of Fox Building. The individual was a number one male in a grey hoodie and black pants early twenties. Officer reported to Fox Building to get more information from faculty member.

1501 W Mount Royal Avenue: While pulling up to work at 7 p.m.,  a female in an older model beige Buick followed an officer into the 1501 parking lot and exchanged words with them after following him off of the highway. No one left their vehicles and the woman flashed what is believed to have been a gun.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT 9/27/2021

Off-campus location: A student called to report that a homeless man panhandling on the street by the student's off campus apartment. Once the student told the individual they did not have any money to give, the individual became aggressive. The student got into their car and the homeless individual punched their car and yelled slurs. The student called Campus Safety and an officer met with student at the location.

Off-campus location: Officer called for an ambulance to be called for an intoxicated male outside of the Subway at 110 McMechen.

1501 W Mount Royal Avenue: The health suit called requesting for a medical transport for student but cancelled and called for an ambulance instead. Ambulance arrived on scene and officer assisted.

120 McMechen Street: Officer reported that the Founders Green car gate sensor had been damaged by a delivery truck entering the gate.

130 McMechen Street: Student's parent called for a wellness check of the student after receiving concerning text messages. Officer was dispatched and student was found to have consumed a mixture of several different pills; 911  was notified and Engine 13 and an ambulance arrived. The scene was cleared at and the student was taken to a hospital.

1300 W Mount Royal Avenue: Student requested to be transported to a local hospital. While waiting for the transport, the student reported that she was sexually assaulted on 9/5/21 at an off-campus location. Resident Life On-Call was notified.

Off-campus location: Reporting person states that her roommate and coworker have not reported for work and have not been seen since Monday, September 6, 2021. BPD was notified and a report was filed.
