Statement
Chimaera is an art gallery and community focused on illuminating the beauty and implications of biology + technology.
Our mission is to develop meaningful interactions between artists, scientists and community audiences through exhibitions, workshops, classes and panel discussion, with a focus on the intersection of art and biotechnology.
Chimaera empowers the community to participate in the discussion of the societal, ethical and political implications of scientific discovery through multidisciplinary events, and purchase related artwork and retail items at an affordable price point.
