Mai Ly Degnan is an award winning illustrator currently based in Baltimore, Maryland. She studied Illustration at the Savannah College of Art and Design, and later went on to complete her MFA in Illustration Practice at the Maryland Institute College of Art. Mai Ly is best known for her colorful illustrations full of tiny details and stylized characters. Along with commercial illustration, she also creates and designs her own line of greeting cards. Her work has been recognized by The SOI of NYC and LA, American Illustration, and 3x3 Magazine. Selected clients include Harper Collins, Chronicle books, Quarto Kids, Time Magazine, Boston Globe, Washington Post, VICE, NPR, and Lala Land Australia. Along with designing, Mai Ly is also an Illustration professor at Towson University and MICA Precollege.
