There are many opportunities for you to work in the U.S. while you are enrolled and after graduation. Please make sure you understand F-1 employment rules before agreeing to work for someone. Do not work off campus without proper written authorization from the U.S. government and the Office of International Education. All off-campus work must be authorized in advance on your I-20 as Curricular Practical Training or Optional Practical Training. All other work is illegal and grounds for ending your F-1 status.
