Support Groups

YOU belong at MICA. We are so glad you are here! College is an exciting time full of new opportunities and growth, both in and out of the classroom. It’s about figuring out who you are, finding your voice, and learning ways to be the best version of your authentic self. Our trained clinicians are here to help!

Support groups offer a great way to connect with other students who identify similarly to you or are experiencing similar concerns. You can share experiences in a safe environment, get support, and learn new strategies and skills. SCC clinicians will lead groups that help you feel like you belong, and help you grow in ways that can improve your well-being, mental health, daily effectiveness, and positive feelings about who you are. Support groups are open, so students may start attending at any time. Group members have found that the more they attend, the more benefit they receive.

Come join one of our groups today!
