As part of our operations, Technology oversees a Help Desk system, which is managed by a team of technicians specializing in the management of enterprise systems, telephone services, as well as computer hardware and software basics.
MICA's Division of Technology will never ask users for passwords or highly sensitive information. We encourage healthy security practices when utilizing MICA's online services. Be vigilant when interacting with third-parties or unrecognized users via email, phone, or chat.
Familiarize yourself with being able to identify phishing and social engineering tactics that may compromise your MICA account by using LinkedIn Learning, a resource provided to all MICA users with an active email address. Learn how to identify a Phishing attack.
