Sign Up For Housing
In order to sign up for housing at MICA, each student must make the appropriate deposits and submit a housing application. If you have questions about your deposit, please contact Student Accounts at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For the 2023-2024 Academic Year, the housing application will open April 3rd on the Housing Portal.
First-time, first-year students are required to live on campus; and sign an agreement stating that as a second-year returning student they are required to reside on-campus as well. Please see housing exemption information here.
Housing Portal Login Notice
When registering for the Housing Portal, please use an email address you have access to; we prefer this be your MICA Email Address. Once your MICA email and credentials are active, you will then be able to log in using your MICA credentials. After submitting your information, all subsequent emails will be sent to your MICA Student Email.

- May 31 - Housing Application Deadline (Closes)
- Week of June 12th - Housing Assignment Information (Assignments, Roommates) Emailed and Posted to the Housing Portal
- August 1 - Move In Appointments Open
- August 14 - Final Date of Housing Agreement Changes
- Move-In & Orientation Dates to be published soon!
Room-type preferences are considered on a first come first served basis. Please complete your housing application to be considered.
Roommates are matched per the profile questions answered; please answer all questions for the the best possible pairings. Being honest helps create great living arrangements!
