Statement
Sense It! explores color psychology/association and synesthesia and how that can stimulate the senses. After investigating the predesignated color/texture / sound combinations, the audience is invited to create their own explorations based on the solid colored circles placed on the wall and pedestals. What does blue feel like? What does yellow taste like? Does red have a particular sound? What smells green or purple? This project is a loose exploration of synesthesia and how we as humans associate color with each of the senses.
