Statement

FoxHall is an event venue for the community of Kingston, NY opening in January of 2023. Through hosted programming events like dinners, concerts, and artisan markets FoxHall is a cultural hub to bring the people of the Hudson Valley together. We look to both full-time and part-time residents who may split their living between New York City and Kingston, NY to help bring our venue to life. FoxHall is also available for private event clients and bookings. Targeting local and feeder-city small businesses for off-site meetings and retreats. The DePalma Group Hospitality LLP DBA FoxHall is a family partnership business. Enza DePalma serves as Director of Sales & Programming and her brother Mike DePalma, serves as a partner and business consultant.

Enza has worked in the hospitality and events industry for over 15 years in many roles, notably Creative Producer of Events as well as Director of Events and Programming at boutique brand hotels both in New York City and the Hudson Valley. Enza is focused now to have her own venue to create engaging and memorable experiences for others. Mike DePalma is a commercial real estate broker and business owner himself, his sixteen-year career in Colorado state supports FoxHall’s real estate dealings. He also serves as the quarterly budget and financial advisor supports research and development for new ventures and collaborates on prospecting and new business.

FoxHall creates a hybrid business model with four major revenue streams; private rentals, hosted ticket sales, beverage sales, and membership fees. Hosted events are collaborations with the community's local businesses and creators and are a core mission for FoxHall and the brand. These events are promoted on the company website and social channels and are ticketed admittance. The membership option for programming events allows attendees to feel part of something exclusive and have larger access to FoxHall offerings. Private rentals will be available on a daily use pricing structure. Competitor venues in the area are larger and come at a higher price for fewer inclusions. Where these venues are lacking, FoxHall fills the void.
