The MD Connect: As One project aims to address the fragmented landscape of volunteer engagement in Maryland by developing a comprehensive volunteer mobile app. Through user research, persona development, and iterative design processes, the app was tailored to meet the needs of volunteers. By providing streamlined volunteer coordination, MD Connect: As One aimed to enhance the volunteer experience and facilitate meaningful community impact.
